list_topic_opinions - SeeSaw Developer

Top-level opinions on a topic (replies stay behind reply_count). Each opinion carries the author’s staked side (side_option_id), so sentiment is directly readable rather than inferred from the text. Scope: read · Annotations: readOnlyHint REST equivalent: GET /open/v1/topics/{id}/opinions

An opinion is SeeSaw’s unit of discussion — it is not a generic comment. Only users who hold a position on the topic may publish one, and other users spend coins to back the opinions they agree with.

Returns

next_back_price_coins is what the key owner would pay to back that opinion right now. It is null when they cannot back it — already backed, or trading has closed — so an agent never sees a quote it cannot act on. Captured live:
