list_my_watchlist - SeeSaw Developer

Topics the key owner added to their watchlist, newest first, as the same topic cards list_topics returns. Scope: read · Annotations: readOnlyHint REST equivalent: GET /open/v1/me/watchlist

This surface is read-only for the watchlist: there is no tool to add or remove a topic. get_topic reports the current state as is_watchlisted.
